In short a variety of posts on a variety of topics.

Many will be on customer success topics as I plan to freely share the ideas, knowledge and experience I have accumulated over the last 20 years or so as both a Siebel Technical Account Manager (an early forerunner of today’s CSM) and for the last 15 years or so a leader of organisations focussed on delivering and sustaining successful customers.

I’ll also be adding my thoughts on the broader business landscape as everyone is in customer success nowadays. To that end I’ll be discussing why making customer success the focus of everything you do rather than just a department with a few busy CSMs is and will be increasingly vital to your business and personal success.

As these two sets of posts develop I’ll collect and structure them into a dedicated section of the site.

There will also be posts on personal effectiveness in the workplace. While I was making mistakes up to and including my last day at my previous employer I hope I have a few useful nuggets to pass on here and will try to do so as succinctly as possible.

And from time to time when something catches my eye, strikes me as nonsense or excellence or simply worth sharing that too will appear.
