Our coaching services are for customer success professionals and work as follows:
- Every week in advance of the session you’ll submit a list of questions or topics you would like to discuss
- Each session is a hour in duration and during this time period we’ll work through the details of your questions / topics
- These sessions are suitable for both customer success leaders and individual customer success managers looking to make a greater impact on their organisation and customer base.
Coaching sessions can be bought individually or as a package of 4 sessions.
