Our Coaching Services
Our coaching services are for customer success professionals and are designed to work as follows:
- Every week in advance of the session you’ll submit a list of questions or topics you would like to discuss
- Each session is a hour in duration and during this time period we’ll work through the details of your questions or topics
- These sessions are suitable for both customer success leaders and individual customer success managers looking to make a greater impact on their organisation and customer base.
Coaching sessions can be bought individually or as a package of sessions to suit your specific needs.
Coaching - Logistics & Pricing
Success Methods offer our coaching services to customer success professionals at all stages of their careers.
Our coaching services are ready to meet the specific requirements of our customers and can be one off engagements, fixed period engagements that run to a set schedule or purchased in blocks and called off as required.
- Dates: By agreement. Typically one session a week over consecutive weeks for fixed period engagements.
- Location: Zoom, MS Teams.
- Duration: 1 hour sessions over the agreed period.
- Audience: Customer success professionals.
- Price: Coaching sessions start at £250 per hour for single or short engagements. Purchases of 10 sessions or more, paid in advance, for either a scheduled fixed period or block purchases attract discounts of 20% and 15% respectively.
